Sixth Form Examinations In 2019/2020
The 2020 contingency exam day has been arranged for Wednesday 24th June. This applied for all examinations: “should sustained national or local disruption arise during the examination period”. This day will be used if an exam, in the event of a serious national or local incident, needs to be rearranged for a later date to allow all students a fair and equal chance. All exam candidates therefore must be available to sit exams from the start of the exams in May until Wednesday 24th June 2020. This decision is not a school decision and does apply to all candidates in all schools.
Year 12 students will be having formal mock exams during the week beginning 22nd June 2020.
Classroom mock exams will be held during the week beginning 4th November 2019 and then formal mock exams in the hall during the week beginning 10th February. The main public exam period starts on Monday 11th May through to Tuesday 23rd June 2020.
